Shipping/Order Information
Delivery
Sewing-online deliver orders worldwide. We offer free shipping on all orders over £40 and charge £3.99 for all orders under £40 within the UK. Orders for the Channel Islands will incur a shipping fee.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery normally takes 3 to 5 business days however; feedback does tell us that this is usually quicker.
Express Delivery
A 24 hour delivery service is available on many of our products. This will incur a cost of £9.99. Please contact our office on 0115 987 44 22 before 2pm to check the item is eligible for express delivery and to place your order.
International Shipping
The shipping costs below are a guide as some bulkier products may cost more to send to international destinations. We will contact you via email should the shipping cost be more than the estimated amount.
All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. Any applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance will be payable by you.
- European Union - Orders will incur a shipping charge of £14.99 or 15% of the total order total.
- United States - Orders will incur a shipping charge of £19.99 or 20% of the total order total.
- Rest of the World - Orders will incur a shipping charge of £24.99 or 25% of the total order total.
Order Processing
Standard orders take approximately 3 to 5 business days to be processed and dispatched from our warehouse. A confirmation email will automatically be generated when you place your order. Please check your spam mail for ‘sewing-online’ should you not receive it.
Product Availability
Orders are accepted with the understanding that stock is available. In some cases, limited availability may prevent us from shipping the quantity you requested, but we will do our best to fulfil your complete order. In the event that we anticipate a delay with your order we will inform you by email.
