We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods (and our returns policy applies), you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund. To return a qualifying product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, the name of the product and the reason for your return. Please also obtain proof of posting and include your name, order number and the reason for return inside your parcel.

Made to order and cut to order measured items (such as Fabrics & Haberdashery sold by the metre).
Special order items.
Opened packages*this does not affect your statutory rights. However, we kindly ask you to open packages carefully if there is a chance that you may wish to return the item.
Please inspect your order for faults or postal damage within 24 hours of receiving your order. If your order does arrive in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Email your name, order number and details of the fault with photographs to email@example.com A replacement will be arranged upon receipt of the faulty item.
Please see returns policy above, however the following will apply;
You will be liable to pay the cost of returning unwanted goods back to us. Where a product is faulty, damaged or the item is not as described we will refund the cost of posting the goods back to us via your local postal office. A proof of return postage paid must be obtained. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your goods.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your return. A full refund will be given less our postage costs (unless faulty).
