Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods (and our returns policy applies), you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund. To return a qualifying product, please email us at sales@sewing-online.com with your name, order number, the name of the product and the reason for your return. Please also obtain proof of posting and include your name, order number and the reason for return inside your parcel.

You will be liable to pay the cost of returning unwanted goods back to us. Where a product is faulty, damaged or the item is not as described please email us at sales@sewing-online.com to arrange collection and a refund.

 

Non returnable merchandise

Made to order and cut to order measured items (such as Fabrics & Haberdashery sold by the metre).

 

Special order items.

Opened packages*this does not affect your statutory rights. However, we kindly ask you to open packages carefully if there is a chance that you may wish to return the item.

 

Faulty Items

Please inspect your order for faults or postal damage within 24 hours of receiving your order. If your order does arrive in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Email your name, order number and details of the fault with photographs to sales@sewing-online.com A replacement will be arranged upon receipt of the faulty item.

  

Refunds

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your return. A full refund will be given less our postage costs (unless faulty).
