Fall Is A Great Time To Try A New Craft
Fall Is A Great Time To Try A New Craft
September 2009
I’m anticipating autumn. Even though we seem to be sweltering in the August heat, I can feel the promise of that nip in the air. Why do I love the fall? Because fall is the time to get energized and dive into new projects. The children are back at school, the lazy days of summer are gone, and the cool air is energizing.
If you’re planning to try a new craft, I recommend buying a kit. A kit will have all that you need to do a project, saving you the work of gathering all the correct supplies. If you like the results and the process, you can dive deeper into a craft. If you find the craft just isn’t for you, you aren’t out a lot of money, and you don’t have a lot of supplies you don’t need.
We have one of the largest supplies of craft kits and supplies I’ve ever seen on one website. Our Needle craft kits include Cross-stitch Kits, Popcorn Knitting Kits, Charlie’s Ark Cross-stitch Kits, Caron Latch Hook Kits, and Vervaco Needle Craft Kits. Vervaco has some adorable Children’s Long Stitch Kits and some beautiful Tapestry Kits. You might want to try a Traced Goods Kit, if you’re new to needlework, with the patterns conveniently stamped on the fabric.
I’ll be trying my hand at making jewelry this fall, with a few new jewelry kits. What will you be doing?
